Prudential to Acquire Coyne Textile Services Southeast Locations

Prudential Overall Supply, an industry leader in reusable image work apparel and related textiles, today announced that at a hearing on October 29, 2015, the Bankruptcy Court approved Prudential's acquisition of the two Southeast locations from Coyne Textile Services. The parties are awaiting entry of the Bankruptcy Court's formal order and then will proceed towards transition and closing under the acquisition agreement. The acquisition will put Prudential's industrial laundry rental services team into seven additional states and Washington DC; Alabama, Georgia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia and Washington DC.
